Dear Prospective Partners:

In the past recent years, the Wind and Solar Power industry has grown and is expected to continue to grow at double-digit rates when Thai government launches its more aggressive feed-in tariff program in the near future to add up for the national policy of 25% renewable energy by 2015. To keep up with this growth and stay current with the demand of clean energy in Thailand and AEC market, Thai Wind Energy Association or ThaiWEA is looking for knowledgeable partners/joint ventures in many areas. We’d like to invite you to explore the advantages of having authorized dealers in Thailand as one-stopped source for small scale renewable energy products, systems and service.

Without big name competitors to enter this emerging market yet, there is a high possibility for a full service manufacturer and wholesale distributor of small wind energy and solar photovoltaic for on-grid, off-grid and grid–interactive power applications to offer Dealer network of high quality, reliable and affordable products to meet their customers' needs, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs). In addition, your company could offer marketing, sales, logistics and technical supports.

Meanwhile, we at ThaiWEA in collaboration with state-owned organizations and learning institutions such as NSTDA (National Science and Technology Development Agency) DEDE (Department ofRenewable Energy), EGAT, PEA, BOI, DPT, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology and more, will provide your potential customers with innovative technical training. Plus further support your after-sale service through on-line manual/seminar, and dealer business management sessions. Technical Support team will be set up to assist customers with questions about your products, troubleshooting and other technical issues.

The joint venture exploration is concurrently recommended proceeding with the initiation of ThaiWEA’s Clean Energy Center – and if so, how to fund and implement its development, including the technical function and scope of the site. Situated on the outskirt of Bangkok (Rangsit Canal No.13) at a strategic location of about 25km from downtown on the way to northeastern region, a 60 acre arable land which we own and manage various rotation of crops is the most suitable for building an outlet, testing facilities, training area and several demonstration systems all on site. This Center is envisioned to include a showroom of your products, an agricultural-based wind and solar energy generating demonstration project of several small turbines to produce 5-20 megawatts, as well as a design and training facility for the invention and monitoring of new technologies. You are invited to examine the legal, technical, environmental, economic, and financial aspects of developing a ThaiWEA’s Clean Energy Center. With the commencement of AEC in 2016 will be transforming Thailand into key logistic hub to take full advantage of its strategic location in the Southeast Asia.

During the process of designing our website, we’ve attached our “ThaiWEA in Summary” to give you a sense of how we will be the voice of the wind industry offering a variety of opportunities to increase its diverse members’ visibility, improve their operations and expand their industry across the country. ThaiWEA and its partners will be a center of cooperation, investment and knowledge transfer for all parties involved in renewable energy industry to push forward the sustainable growth of wind and solar power production business in Thailand and AEC hemisphere.

Thank you very much for considering this opportunity. We hope that this kind of cooperation might be of your interest to promote your products and company through our partnership arrangement. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at

Sincerely yours,

Kemarin Rochanarat
